3. Client Responsibilities

- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Ensure internal team availability for training and handover

4. Payment & Billing

- Pre-existing client IP remains with the client

- Proprietary data and trade secrets
- System specifications and integration details
- Performance metrics and business outcomes
All team members sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements before
project engagement.
7. Liability & Warranties
Regarding service warranties and limitations:
- We guarantee automation solutions meet agreed specifications
- 90-day warranty period for defects in delivered solutions
- Client responsible for maintaining proper system environments
- Liability limited to project fees paid for specific deliverables
- Force majeure events may affect delivery timelines
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Active clients will
be notified of significant changes, and continued engagement
constitutes acceptance.
